Our Signature Beginner's Workshop is perfect for those that are brand new to yoga, or those that would simply like a refresher for their existing practice. This workshop is led by trained and certified yoga instructors with a passion for people and yoga. We can't wait to meet you!

About the Workshop
Students will learn the basics of starting a yoga practice, including but not limited to;
Common Yoga Poses
Benefits of Yoga
Students will explore variations and modifications of poses learned with guidance from a trained and certified yoga instructor. Students will also learn how to practice with the use of basic yoga props.
Students will be guided through a beginner-friendly yoga class to experience the peace, healing, strength and growth that is possible from practicing yoga.
Preparing for your Workshop
Please arrive on time as we do lock the doors once class time begins.
Wear comfy clothes. Leggings and a tank top or t-shirt great. Not too baggy nor too tight.
This workshop requires props:
1 Pair of Yoga Blocks
Yoga Blanket or Large Beach Towel
Sleep mask for final resting pose
Small yoga towel for sweat
Your troubles to melt away
Your dreams for intention
Yoga mats and props are available to purchase at the studio, while supplies last.
Please stop by Tues/Thurs 11am to 3pm and on Saturdays 11 to 3pm to purchase your props prior to the workshop.
You may purchase them the day of the workshop, however, we cannot guarantee availablity. You can also find yoga mats and props at Target, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Ross.
