Ladies will go through a series of postures both on the floor as well as standing and can expect to stretch, strengthen and connect mind, body and Holy spirit while working through and relieving stress, anxiety, depression. Making for healing in all aspects of wellness.

Class Style: Hatha. Suitable for all levels. Modifications taught and offered in this class.

Women will engage in a dynamic flow of poses; a moving meditation for all levels of student. Modifications to soften or deepen this practice will be taught and offered.

Class Style: Vinyasa Flow

This class consists of longer holds in postures, ranging from 2-5 minutes in each pose. Longer holds assist to target the connective tissue and promotes healthy joints, ligaments and long-term flexibility.

Inspired by the rebellious queen and ultimate bad girl, Jezebel, known for her rebellion and toxic ways.  This is a vigorous, strength-building class where students will experience strengthening and detoxifying of the body and the spirit as they hold postures in a heated room. Bring a towel, mat and water and be prepared to sweat!

This class is vigorous and programmed for those looking to take both their strength and endurance to the next level through a series of challenging poses accompanied by breath, a moving meditation and yoga poses.

Our personal training system includes a blueprint plan tailored to meet your goals. We train by YogaFit, Hiit, plyometrics and some weights involved. This is NOT CROSSFIT, powerlifting, or spartan training. We have friends that we can refer you to for that type of training. THIS. IS. Our signature Women's Yoga School for beginners includes personalized yoga training with an experienced and registered yoga team on the following;

- Intro to yoga

- Breathing techniques

- Basic poses

- Warrior poses

- Movement & Meditation

- Putting it all together


Students will go through 2 sessions of beginner's yoga training in a workshop setting.


Workshops will be open for lecture, practice, and hands-on assistance, to help students internalize what they learn and develop a practice of their own. Take your knowledge and deepen your practice, whether at home or in a studio, expect to be prepared!


Cost includes all sessions. All equipment is provided for use during this workshop series, however, students may wish to bring their own mat/towel.
