Our signature Women's Yoga School for beginners includes personalized yoga training with an experienced and registered yoga team on the following;
- Intro to yoga
- Breathing techniques
- Basic poses
- Warrior poses
- Movement & Meditation
- Putting it all together
Students will go through 2 sessions of beginner's yoga training in a workshop setting.
Workshops will be open for lecture, practice, and hands-on assistance, to help students internalize what they learn and develop a practice of their own. Take your knowledge and deepen your practice, whether at home or in a studio, expect to be prepared!
Cost includes all sessions. All equipment is provided for use during this workshop series, however, students may wish to bring their own mat/towel.
